During the 21 Day Okuden Reiki II Symbol Journey we will focus on the 3 symbols as taught traditionally within the Japanese system of Reiki at this level.
Traditionally these symbols are used for internal spiritual development, hence we will use specific meditations to help us to understand the concept of the symbols and why Mikao Usui placed them within his teachings.
As there are 3 symbols within Okuden Reiki II we will focus on one symbol per week, this will also help us to gain a deeper direct experience of each symbol.
Frans Stiene has been meditating with, and exploring, these symbols from a Japanese perspective since 1999. During these 21 Day meditation practices, we will not only meditate together but Frans will also supply you each day with teachings about the symbols themselves.
