Welcome to your online Shinpiden Reiki Level III Professional Development course.
Find out what all those confusing Reiki words mean.
When I imagine the concept of a home, I think of a place where I feel able to completely relax and just be me. There’s no one telling me what I should or shouldn’t do, it’s just me pottering around creating my own level of comfort. This doesn’t mean that I can just make a mess of everything because no-one else is there to keep an eye on me. No. It’s my home, so I’m responsible for it. This acknowledgement actually makes me much more caring and nurturing of my home.
In a recent contemplation, it occurred to me that the Reiki Precepts, starting top down, is an exploration from the leaves to the root. Starting with letting go of anger, letting go of fear, feeling gratitude, being true to our way and being, and being compassionate to ourselves and others.

(Japanese) The secret teaching, esoteric Buddhism. There are five general areas taught in Tendai. They are the teachings of the Lotus Sutra; esoteric Mikkyô practices; meditation practices; precepts; and Pure Land teachings. This form of Buddhism reached Japan at the beginning of the ninth century. There is a clear connection between Usui Mikao’s teachings and Mikkyô. For example: the physical aspects of the reiju called go shimbô and the origins of the fourth jumon DKM. If, as is claimed, Usui Mikao was a Tendai lay priest he would have studied Mikkyô as it is an integral part of Tendai.
"Everyone who comes to retreat has a unique physical and mental condition. If the teacher's instruction is the same all the time, it might be help to some, but that is like listening to a tape".
